
This vegan Eggnog recipe with Plenny Drink vanilla is the easiest way to impress your relatives. Pretty egg-cellent right? 🥚
Ingredients:â €
- 400 ml Plenny Drinkâ €
- 65 g of raw cashewsâ €
- 65 ml of waterâ €
- 3 tbsp maple syrupâ €
- 1/4 tsp ground nutmegâ €
- 1/4 tsp ground cinnamonâ €

Preparation:â €
1. Let the cashews stay in water overnight, or at least for an hourâ €
2. Throw everything in the blender until it's smoothâ €
3. Put it in the fridge because it's tastier when it's coldâ €
4. Garnish with a little cinnamon on topâ €
