About the Role

We’re looking for a proactive, creative, and organized Social Media & Ambassador Coordinator. This is a high-ownership execution role designed for someone who wants to grow. You will own our organic content cycle from A to Z—taking the strategy and pillars we provide and turning them into real-world posts. You won’t be doing this in a vacuum; you’ll be mentored on strategy and will work closely with our Ambassador Program Manager to keep our creator community thriving.

What You’ll Do

• Content Execution (A to Z): Produce 2–3 pieces of content per week. You’ll take our content pillars and handle everything from ideation and shooting to final tweaks.
• Smart Content Creation: Focus on "low-effort, high-impact" content (unboxings, product demos, lifestyle clips). We have an in-house video editor for the heavy lifting, but you’ll be expected to handle smaller edits and assets yourself.
• Design & Polish: Use Figma and Photoshop to create or touch up social assets, ensuring everything that goes live is on-brand and polished.
• Ambassador Support: Assist our Ambassador Program Manager with the day-to-day operations. This includes scouting new talent, handling outreach, and ensuring our current ambassadors feel supported and heard.
• Community Management: Be the "boots on the ground" on Reddit, Instagram, and TikTok. You’ll engage with our community, answer questions, and keep the Jimmy Joy vibe alive in the comments.

What We’re Looking For

• 1–2 years of experience in social media, community management, or a similar digital role.
• Proficiency in Figma & Photoshop: You’re comfortable jumping into these tools to edit templates, resize assets, or create simple, clean social graphics.
• The "Execution" Mindset: You enjoy the process of making things happen. You can take a strategic prompt and turn it into a finished post without constant hand-holding.
• Strong Communicator: Whether you’re replying to a comment on Reddit or emailing a potential ambassador, you write with clarity and personality.
• Organized & Reliable: You can balance content deadlines with ambassador outreach and community check-ins.
• Language: Fluency in English is required. If you can speak Dutch then that's even better, but not required.
