The role

At Jimmy Joy, we’re on a mission to make healthy, sustainable food effortless and enjoyable. We’re looking for a UX/UI Designer who can bring together creativity, user empathy, and conversion-focused thinking. In this role, you’ll shape how people discover, explore, and connect with Jimmy Joy across digital touchpoints from our website and online store to landing pages, campaigns, and ads. You’ll be responsible for turning insights and ideas into intuitive, engaging experiences that not only look great but also help more people choose our products with confidence. As part of a collaborative team, you’ll have the opportunity to influence design strategy, experiment with new approaches, and play a key role in building a seamless journey for our customers worldwide.

What you’ll do

• Design and optimize user experiences across web, landing pages, and digital ads with a strong focus on conversion.
• Collaborate with marketing and product teams to craft designs that both tell our story and drive measurable results.
• Translate data, insights, and user feedback into intuitive design solutions.
• Maintain and evolve our design system for consistent brand experiences.

What you bring

• A strong portfolio that demonstrates your talent in UX design - especially in e-commerce or consumer-facing projects - matters more to us than the number of years you’ve worked.
• Solid understanding of conversion principles (A/B testing, user flows, behavioral triggers).
• Ability to balance aesthetics with performance-driven thinking.
• Proficiency in design tools (e.g., Figma, Adobe Creative Suite).
• Curiosity, creativity, and a data-informed mindset.
