Managing your Jimmy Joy subscription is simple.

Pick your products, choose a delivery interval (every 4 weeks works for most), and you're set. You can pause, adjust, or cancel anytime - but make changes at least 48 hours before your next shipping date.

Orders ship on your subscription start date. Weekend orders go out Monday.

Subscriptions require credit card or PayPal and a home address (no parcel lockers or pickup points).

Making changes to your subscription

In order to guide you through our portal, we're going to pretend you want to delay your Plenny Shake order for an additional week.

Log into your customer portal via the menu.
Click "Manage subscriptions" in your customer portal.
Now you see all these tabs: Next order, Subscriptions, Order history, Upcoming orders, Account.
When you navigate to the "Next order” tab you can make changes to your upcoming order.

Here you can also add another item to your order if you want to.

Then you can reschedule, skip or edit preferences such as flavours or delivery intervals, or you swap the product for another one.

This is also where you can cancel a subscription.

If you change the delivery interval, keep in mind that this applies to future orders as well.

Here you could delay your Plenny Shake delivery for another week.

Discount codes can be applied to your upcoming order in the "Next order” tab.

The tab “Account” will allow you to update your address and payment methods.
