Mix 1 scoop of the pre-workout (9 g) in 200 ml water. Consume the pre-workout 15–30 minutes before your training. Once a day.

Not necessarily. Our Pre-Workout already contains caffeine, so you might want to adjust your regular coffee intake to avoid having too much at once. Some people like to replace their coffee with pre-workout before training, while others simply reduce their coffee consumption during the rest of the day.

Yes! The tingling sensation you might feel comes from Beta-Alanine. It’s called paresthesia and is completely harmless. It’s a common sign that the Beta-Alanine is working. Some people are more sensitive to it than others. The tingles subside after roughly 30 min.

Our Pre-Workout is safe for daily use when taken as directed. However do so only on the days that you have a heavy workout! Keep in mind that it contains caffeine, which can affect sleep if taken late in the day. If you’re sensitive to caffeine, we recommend using it earlier in the day (skip your morning coffee).
