Surprise, surprise, Jimmy Joy is made of actual food. It contains everything your body needs to stay healthy, and more importantly, maintain its high level of magnificence. Our plant-based ingredients consist of a fine blend of oats, soy, rice, milled golden flaxseed, rapeseed and sunflower oil, mix of 26 essential vitamins and minerals, among others (?). Plenny Shake strawberry, banana, wild berries, and coconut also contain real freeze-dried fruit.

Each meal provides a great amount of protein with a complete amino acid profile, an adequate amount of good fats, slow-releasing complex carbs for energy, and plenty of fibre to help your digestive system. We know, it’s a  (literal) mouthful.

For virgins, gentle and slow is the way to go. As with any dietary change, our body may need some time to adjust to ''new'' kinds of food. Therefore we recommend starting with replacing one meal a day for the first few days so you can see how your body reacts.

Well, that’s the thing: our meals need minimal prepping.

For a 400kcal meal of Plenny Shake or Plenny Shake Active, just add two scoops and some water. You can make your shake as dense or watery as you prefer.

Our PlennyTwenny Bars and Plenny Drink are even easier: you just need to remove the wrapper or turn the lid.

Our Plenny Pot needs a bit extra time, just add two scoops to your Jimmy Joy Pot, pour 200 ml of hot water and wait 5 minutes. Then you have a delicious hot meal, ready to enjoy!

Wow, calm down. The recommended serving size of Plenny Meals is 400 Kcal but you can make it bigger by adding an extra scoop of Plenny Shake, Plenny Shake Active or Plenny Pot. Plenny Bar and Plenny Drink contain 400 kcal.

Our Plenny Protein contains approximately 130 kcal per portion. This one is not a meal but a high-protein shake.

No, that would definitely defeat the purpose of eating. Although the duration of satiation can differ per person (depending on build and lifestyle), our experience shows that with our 400 kcal meals you’ll feel full for about 3 to 5 hours.

It is theoretically possible to eat exclusively Jimmy Joy, and we’re happy to report we have customers who have done so or are still doing this  They’re still alive  (phew!), and have - after a long period of 100% Jimmy Joy consumption - had their blood tested which came back with very positive results. Most of our customers use our products for breakfast or lunch though, as these meals are usually not that much of a social affair and more or less something you have to get over with. We too enjoy cooking and eating with friends and family, and we wouldn’t dream of taking this away from you (or ourselves for that matter). We encourage our customers to individually find out what works for them.

Although our products are not designed to lose weight, they can definitely help. With Jimmy Joy meals you’ll always know exactly how many calories you’re consuming, making it super easy to make sure you’re getting the exact amount you need to achieve your body goals!

Yes, all our products are vegan!

Nuts

There are no nuts in our meals except for the Plenny Bar Almond & Fig, which contains almonds. However, our Plenny Pots are produced in a plant which handles peanuts and nuts, so there may be traces.

Gluten

Our oats are processed in an environment where gluten-products are processed as well, so unfortunately we cannot definitely rule out cross-contamination. The oats make up about 30% of our Plenny Shake, Plenny Shake Active and Plenny Bar.

Our Plenny Protein doesn’t contain oats but it is produced in the same facilities, that’s why might contain traces of gluten.

The Cajun Creamy Pasta, the Satay Noodles, the Mac and Cheeze and the Lentil Bolognese contain wheat pasta, therefore they have gluten.

Soy

Our products contain significant amounts of soy. If you’re allergic, steer clear!

Lactose

Our products do not contain dairy-based ingredients or lactose. However, our Plenny Bars and Plenny Pots are produced in a plant which handles milk, so there may be traces. If you are highly allergic, please do not try them. Want to learn more about lactose? Click here.

All our ingredients are currently non-GMO.

While none of the ingredients we use are harmful or dangerous to pregnant women, our products are based on the nutritional needs of an average adult. If you’re pregnant (or nursing) you will have different dietary/nutritional needs than the average adult, so we do not recommend you using our products when pregnant or nursing. Please consult with your doctor before doing so.

Our products are based on the nutritional needs of the average adult. Since children have different nutritional needs, we don’t recommend our products for children.

All of our products have a shelf life of 12 months after production, no more wasting food!

Store Jimmy Joy products in a cool, dark place like a cupboard or pantry and you’ll be fine until at least the mentioned expiration date. Make sure the pouches are well sealed!

We don’t recommend consuming our products past the expiration date. Try at your own risk, but check its colour, smell and texture beforehand!

Our Plenny Shakes, Plenny Shake Active and Plenny Protein pouches are made of recycling category 7 - a mix of different plastics. Although more complex, this category can sometimes be recycled.

Our Plenny Drinks come in recyclable Tetra Pak® packaging, which consists of 37% recycled carton and a plastic lid/cap.

Our Plenny Bar wrappers are not fully recyclable because of the aluminium lining they contain. However, the cardboard box is recyclable.

Our Plenny Pot pouches are made of recycled category 4 plastic, which is recyclable.

Subscriptions are completely flexible and you can subscribe to any of our products. You can also skip deliveries, update your delivery address, cancel your subscription, or perform a multitude of other actions with your subscription at any time. We currently can't ship to the following countries: Iraq, Israel, Mexico, Cuba, North Korea, Brazil, Sudan, Iran (Islamic Republic of), Syrian Arab Republic, Chile, Turkey, Belarus, Costa Rica, Afghanistan, Libyan Arab Jamahiriya and Falkland Islands (Malvinas).

In Europe we ship with Budbee, B-Post, Colis Prive, DPD, GLS, PostNL and UPS. 

In the UK we ship with DPD. 

For some countries we ship with one carrier from a certain weight and up, this is visible in the checkout.

When ordering from countries outside the European Union Customs Territory and VAT area, you may be charged extra import fees or customs taxes.

All first-time Jimmy Joy customers receive a free shaker and scoop. After you’ve selected your Plenny Shake, Plenny Shake Active or Plenny Protein, you can state that you are new customer and you will get the option to select your shaker size and the scoop. Then you you will be able to add it to your shopping cart.

We accept iDeal, Paypal, Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Apple Pay, and Bitcoin.

Why of course! Once your order has been processed you will receive a tracking code with which you can follow your order. The tracking becomes active once the order has been picked up by the shipping company responsible for delivering it to you! If you haven’t received a tracking code, don’t hesitate to contact us.
