Jimmy Joy is made of actual food. It contains everything your body needs to stay healthy, and more importantly, maintain its high level of magnificence. Our plant-based ingredients consist of a fine blend of oats, soy, rice, milled golden flaxseed, rapeseed and sunflower oil, a mix of 26 essential vitamins and minerals. Plenny Shake strawberry, banana, wild berries, lemon pie and coconut also contain real freeze-dried fruit.

Each meal provides a great amount of protein with a complete amino acid profile, an adequate amount of good fats, slow-releasing complex carbs for energy, and plenty of fibre to help your digestive system. We know, it’s a  (literal) mouthful.

Our other meals are manufactured in our equally lovely European neighbouring countries.

For virgins, gentle and slow is the way to go. As with any dietary change, our body may need some time to adjust to ''new'' kinds of food. Therefore we recommend starting with replacing one meal a day for the first few days so you can see how your body reacts.

Well, that’s the thing: our meals need minimal prepping.

For a 400kcal meal of Plenny Shake or Plenny Shake Active, just add two scoops and some water. You can make your shake as dense or watery as you prefer.

Our Plenny Bars and Plenny Drinks are even easier: you just need to remove the wrapper or turn the lid.

For our Plenny Pot, just add two scoops to your Jimmy Joy Pot, pour 200 ml of hot water and wait 5 minutes. Then you have a delicious hot meal, ready to enjoy! 

For our Plenny Protein Shake, just add one scoop (35g) to 300 ml of water. Shake vigorously! The neutral version can be added to any recipe :)

Wow, calm down. The recommended serving size of Plenny meals is 400 Kcal but you can increase it by adding an extra scoop of Plenny Shake, Plenny Shake Active or Plenny Pot. Plenny Bar and Plenny Drink contain 400 kcal per bar/drink.

Our Plenny Protein Shake contains approximately 130 kcal per portion. This one is not a meal but a high-protein shake.

No, that would definitely defeat the purpose of eating. Although the duration of satiation can differ per person (depending on build and lifestyle), our experience shows that with our 400 kcal meals you’ll feel full for about 3 to 5 hours.

It is possible to eat exclusively Jimmy Joy, and we’re happy to report we have customers who have done so or are still doing this - they’re still alive  (phew!), and have - after a long period of 100% Jimmy Joy consumption - had their blood tested which came back with very positive results. 

Most of our customers use our meals for breakfast or lunch, as for some people these meals are usually not that much of a social affair (like in the northern countries) and more or less something you have to get over with.

Although our meals are not designed to lose weight, they can definitely help. With Jimmy Joy meals you’ll always know exactly how many calories you’re consuming, making it super easy to make sure you’re getting the exact amount you need to achieve your body goals!

Yes, all our products are vegan!

Nuts

Our Plenny Protein Bar contains peanut butter and it is produced in a facility that handles other nuts.

There are no nuts in our meals except for the Plenny Bar Almond & Fig, which contains almonds. However, our Plenny Pots and Plenny Bars are produced in a plant which handles peanuts and nuts, so there may be traces. 

Gluten

Our oats are processed in an environment where gluten-products are processed as well, so unfortunately we cannot definitely rule out cross-contamination. The oats make up about 30% of our Plenny Shake, Plenny Shake Active and Plenny Bar.

Our Plenny Protein Shake and Plenny Protein Bar don’t contain oats but they are produced in plants that handle gluten products, that’s why might contain traces of gluten.

The Cajun Creamy Pasta, the Satay Noodles, the Mac and Cheeze and the Lentil Bolognese contain wheat pasta, therefore they have gluten.

Soy

Our products contain significant amounts of soy. If you’re allergic, steer clear! 

Lactose  and milk

Our products do not contain dairy-based ingredients or lactose. However, our Plenny Bars , Plenny Protein Bars and Plenny Pots are produced in a plant which handles milk, so there may be traces. If you are highly allergic, please do not try them. Want to learn more about lactose? Click here.

Eggs

The Plenny Protein Bar is produced in a plant that handles eggs, so there might be traces.

While none of the ingredients we use are harmful or dangerous to pregnant women, our products are based on the nutritional needs of an average adult. If you’re pregnant (or nursing) you will have different dietary/nutritional needs than the average adult, so we do not recommend you using our products when pregnant or nursing. Please consult with your doctor before doing so.

Our products are based on the nutritional needs of the average adult. Since children have different nutritional needs, we don’t recommend our products for children.

Unfortunately, we currently don't have any retail points.

All of our products have a shelf life of 12 months after production, no more wasting food!

Store Jimmy Joy products in a cool, dark place like a cupboard or pantry and you’ll be fine until at least the mentioned expiration date.  Make sure the pouches are well sealed!

We don’t recommend consuming our products past the expiration date. Try at your own risk, but check its colour, smell and texture beforehand!

The Plenny Shake Active pouches are plastic type 4, which is recyclable. Slowly, we are making the transition for the Plenny Shakes and Plenny Protein pouches which are made of recycling category 7 - a mix of different plastics. Although more complex, this category can sometimes be recycled.

Our Plenny Drinks come in recyclable Tetra Pak® packaging, which consists of 37% recycled carton and a plastic lid/cap.

Our Plenny Bar wrappers are not fully recyclable because of the aluminium lining they contain. However, the cardboard box is recyclable.

Our Plenny Pot pouches are made of recycled category 4 plastic, which is recyclable.

In Europe we ship with Budbee, B-Post, Colis Prive, DPD, GLS, PostNL and UPS. 

In the UK we ship with DPD. 

When ordering from countries outside the European Union Customs Territory and VAT area, you may be charged extra import fees or customs taxes.

We accept Paypal, Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Apple Pay and iDeal (not available for subscriptions).

Some couriers only update the tracking link once they scan your parcel for delivery. This usually takes 4–5 business days. If there’s still no update after that, shoot us an email at love@jimmyjoy.com, and we’ll sort it out for you!

Why of course! Once your order has been processed you will receive a tracking code with which you can follow your order. The tracking becomes active once the order has been picked up by the shipping company responsible for delivering it to you! If you haven’t received a tracking code, don’t hesitate to contact us.

The best way to cancel or edit your order (once it has already been placed) is to email us at love@jimmyjoy.com. Make sure to include "CANCEL" or "CHANGE" in the subject line so we can spot it quickly! Keep in mind, if your order already has a tracking link, it’s likely too late to cancel. But no worries—you can always refuse the delivery when it arrives. Just let us know, and we’ll keep an eye on it until it’s returned to our warehouse!
