Our plant-based ingredients consist of a fine blend of white rice or wholemeal pasta, pea and soy protein isolate, dried vegetables and seasoning (salt, pepper, thyme, coriander, onion powder, garlic powder, cumin, etc). No artificial flavoring! As a result, each meal provides a great amount of protein with a complete amino acid profile, an ideal amount of good fats with plenty of omega 3 and 6, slow-releasing complex carbs for energy, low sugar, and plenty of fiber to help your digestive system.

The pot is made from 100% recyclable plastic and a 100% recyclable carton wrapper.

Vitamins can degrade with heat, so in order to ensure that we are providing you with the correct amount of vitamins we include overages in our formulas to compensate for this loss. Overages can range from 20-50%, depending on the vitamin. The minerals are not affected by heat.

The pro- and prebiotics we use for Plenny Pot are heat-stable, so they are be able to withstand the temperature in the pot.

Just pour boiling water into the Plenny Pot and hang loose for about 5 minutes. You’ll be able to enjoy your hot savoury meal before you’ll be able to pronounce ‘pneumonoultramicroscopicsilicovolcanoconiosis’.

Plenny Pot has a similar nutritional profile compared to other Plenny products. The biggest difference is that, instead of grinding the ingredients into a fine powder for our Plenny Shake and Plenny Bar, we used whole ingredients, dried vegetables, and savoury herb blends for the perfect seasoning! Plus, Plenny Pot is a hot meal!

Plenny Pot is a 400 kcal meal. 20% comes from protein, 25-29% from fat, 45-52% from carbohydrates, and 3-6% from fibres, depending on the flavour.
