The role
We’re on the hunt for a Social Media Performance Content Creator who’s ready to supercharge our paid and organic content. Your mission? Craft thumb-stopping, high-performing content that not only builds brand love and awareness, but also drives customer growth and energizes our community, especially across Meta, TikTok, and YouTube Shorts.
Beyond content, you’ll own our ambassador program end-to-end: from spotting the right talent and negotiating collaborations, to nurturing long-term relationships with creators who truly believe in our products. You’ll partner closely with our creative, marketing, and retention teams to make sure content doesn’t just look amazing but it delivers great results.
This is a hybrid creative–strategic role: half storytelling, half data-driven performance.
What You’ll Do
- Ideate and produce short-form video content (TikTok, Reels, Shorts) for performance and organic social, based on trends, hooks, and proven content formats.
- Work with internal team and UGC creators to script, storyboard, and edit ads and native-style videos.
- Collaborate with paid media team to optimize for CTR, thumbstop, ROAS, and other KPIs.
- Manage our ambassador program: scout potential partners, reach out, negotiate deliverables, and maintain strong ongoing relationships.
- Report on performance metrics and continuously iterate based on data insights and customer feedback.
- Maintain a deep understanding of platform algorithms, trends, and emerging creator tools.
- Be the brand voice on platforms—showing up authentically, consistently, and creatively.
What We’re Looking For
- 2+ years experience in content creation, performance marketing, or social media (ideally in DTC or food & lifestyle brands).
- Proven track record of creating content that performs (bonus points for Meta/TikTok ad success)
- Strong copywriting and editing skills for short-form formats (video-first mindset).
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills and able to give and receive feedback constructively.
- Highly organized with experience managing creator relationships or ambassador/influencer programs.
- Analytical mindset with a creative soul: you’re comfortable jumping into dashboards and turning insights into action.
- Up to date with current social trends, memes, editing styles, and platform tools.
- English fluency is required (bonus points if you speak Dutch)
