The Role
To support our continued growth, we’re looking for an Operations Coordinator who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys bringing structure, clarity, and efficiency to daily operations. In this role, you’ll play a key part in ensuring product availability, strong supplier performance, accurate data, and smooth operational flows across procurement, ERP, and logistics. You’ll be at the heart of our operations, coordinating processes end to end, solving problems proactively, and continuously improving how we work.
Your Responsibilities
Procurement & Supplier Management
- Own the full purchase order (PO) process, from planning through delivery
- Determine order quantities, timing, and priorities based on forecasts and stock levels
- Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers as the main operational point of contact
- Proactively manage exceptions such as delays, shortages, or quality issues
Daily Operations & Coordination
- Ensure smooth day-to-day operational continuity
- Coordinate closely with production and warehouse teams
- Anticipate risks and resolve operational challenges before they escalate
- Act as the escalation point for operational disruptions
ERP & Master Data Ownership
- Own the accuracy and structure of master data within the ERP system
- Improve ERP workflows and operational processes
- Act as a key ERP user and liaison between operations and IT/support
Reporting & Analysis
- Analyze trends related to stock levels and supplier performance
- Translate insights into clear, actionable improvements
- Support forecasting and planning activities
Continuous Improvement
- Identify inefficiencies and opportunities for optimization
- Lead process improvement, automation, and optimization projects
- Document, maintain, and improve standard operating procedures (SOPs)
- Drive measurable improvements in cost, service level, and data accuracy
