What you will be doing

As our CRO strategist & specialist, you are working together closely with the team (CMO, agencies, Content, SEO and paid media team) to deliver the most beautiful converting landing pages. Together you will be in control of creating hypotheses, implementing and analyzing CRO efforts. You are highly data driven and focused on what works. 

We truly get excited if you are or have:

• 3+ years experience in a DTC CRO (related) role. Agency experience is a +
• Deep expertise in UX and landing pages
• Able to work between 32 - 40 hours per week, let's discuss what works best for you
• Experience with Shopify, Hotjar, Google optimize and/or similar tools
• Analytical - Performance is success
• Understand consumer psychology - especially in the DTC space
• Successful candidates will have a growth/performance-marketing mindset
• ‘Build now, fix later’ mentality. You are not afraid to launch a test fast to gather data.
