Eggless Eggnog

This vegan Eggnog recipe with Plenny Drink Vanilla is the easiest way to impress your relatives. Pretty egg-cellent right?  🥚

Ingredients:

  • 400 ml Plenny Drink Vanilla
  • 65 g of raw cashews
  • 65 ml of water
  • 3 tbsp maple syrup
  • 1/4 tsp ground nutmeg
  • 1/4 tsp ground cinnamon

 

Preparation:

1. Let the cashews stay in water overnight, or at least for an hour

2. Throw everything in the blender until it's smooth

3. Put it in the fridge because it's tastier when it's cold

4. Garnish with a little cinnamon on top
