Eggless Eggnog

This vegan Eggnog recipe with Plenny Drink vanilla is the easiest way to impress your relatives. Pretty egg-cellent right?  🥚

Ingredients:â €

  • 400 ml Plenny Drinkâ €
  • 65 g of raw cashewsâ €
  • 65 ml of waterâ €
  • 3 tbsp maple syrupâ €
  • 1/4 tsp ground nutmegâ €
  • 1/4 tsp ground cinnamonâ €

 

Preparation:â €

1. Let the cashews stay in water overnight, or at least for an hourâ €

2. Throw everything in the blender until it's smoothâ €

3. Put it in the fridge because it's tastier when it's coldâ €

4. Garnish with a little cinnamon on topâ €
