Banana Nicecream Recipe


  • 2 big overripe frozen bananas
  • 1 scoop of Banana Plenny Shake (50 g)
  • 50 ml plant-based milk of choice
  • Optional: fruits, puffed amaranth, coconut chips etc. for topping


  1. Chop bananas and let freeze for at least 3 hours. 
  2. When frozen, add to a high-speed blender or food processor. Add Banana Plenny Shake and plant-based milk.
  3. Blend until creamy. Make sure to scrape the sides of your blender a few times to prevent sticking. 
  4. Add the nicecream to an air-tight container and freeze until solid.
  5. Scoop the nicecream into a bowl and finish it off with some toppings like fresh fruit, coconut flakes, cacao nibs etc.
  6. Enjoy!
