We are looking to include a creative, social, and organized Ambassador Marketing Intern to scale our community and influencer efforts in our key markets. Together with the marketing team, you will use your social media knowledge to identify high-potential creators, implement whitelisting campaigns and manage relationships with content creators who align with our mission and analyze the results. You’ll be driving the day-to-day operations of our whitelisting program, handling outreach, be part of negotiations, product seeding (gifting), and relationship management, assuring that our partners deliver authentic content that meets our targets. It’s a challenging role, where we expect you to be independent and take ownership. But the team will assist you whenever you need help.

• Strong communication skills: You are comfortable reaching out to new people and building professional relationships.
• Social Media Native: You live on Instagram, Facebook and TikTok and understand current trends and what makes a creator "good."
• Highly Organized: You enjoy creating structure and can manage the backend logistics (shipments, databases, deadlines) without losing track of details.

This is how you'll contribute:

• Scouting & Outreach: Researching and contacting potential influencers and brand ambassadors who fit our niche.
• Relationship Management: acting as the main point of contact for creators, ensuring they have the product and information they need.
• Performance Tracking: Monitoring ambassador posts, tracking coupon code usage, and analyzing which partnerships are driving the best results.
• Content Coordination: Organizing the content received from creators so our performance team can use it in ads.
