How subscriptions work

Easily managing your Jimmy Joy subscription

Setting up a subscription is easy and intuitive. Simply pick and choose your favorite products and select at which time interval you would like to have them delivered: once every 4 weeks makes the most sense for many, but we’ll let you decide! You can pause, adjust or cancel your subscription at any time - no fees, no bullshit.

Each shipment will be sent out on the same day you started your subscription, orders placed during the weekend are shipped out first thing on Monday. Please note that subscriptions can only be set up with credit card payment & PayPal. Subscription orders can only be sent to home addresses (so no parcel/pickup points). 

How much or how little Jimmy Joy you would like to receive can be adjusted at any time, but be sure to submit any changes at least 48 hours prior to the shipping date. If you want to double check your changes were processed successfully, just contact our amazing customer care team. They’re always up for a chat and happy to answer any questions you might have.

How do I remove products from my subscription?

Step 1: click “manage subscription” in the subscriptions overview.

Step 2: Scroll down and click “Cancel my subscription” in red, just below the card details. Please note: This only cancels the subscription for this product. If you would like to cancel your entire subscription, please cancel all subscriptions individually.



Why does my discount code not work?

You can add discounts by clicking the “Add a discount” button under “Manage subscription” just below your card details (see screenshot above).

Some discounts are automatically generated by our system, and can only be created for either single purchases or subscription purchases. If the discount does not work, please reach out to love@jimmyjoy.com and we’ll fix it for you asap!

How do I add items?

Go to your subscriptions overview by clicking “Subscriptions” in the turquoise menu. On the top right hand side you will find the “Add products” button. After clicking, a side-bar should pop-up where you can pick your favourite products to add. Please make sure you set the “Next charge date” to the same date as your other productsand make sure the interval matches in order to combine them in one shipment. The next shipment date is what ties the subscription products together in one shipment.

What if I still have enough at home?

Don't worry! No matter how much we'd love to keep you as a customer, we will always give you a heads up when a new package is set to ship. We'll do this three days in advance and it will look something like this:

So if you would like to change anything, this is the time to do so :-). If you want to delay your next shipment for whatever reason, you can click the big orange button in this email and it will let you choose 4 different skip intervals. Of course, you can also simply log into your account and manage your subscription from there. We mean it when we say: Healthy without the hassle!
