Ingredients:

Instructions:

  • Pour Oatly Barista into a blender and top with water.
  • Add Plenny Protein and instant coffee powder.
  • Blend until smooth.
  • Drizzle Choc Shot into a glass.
  • Pour the blended mixture into the glass and enjoy!

Helena's Stockholm Lembas

Ingredients:

  • 2 smashed bananas
  • 2 eggs
  • Handful of fresh blueberries (optional)
  • 1 teaspoon turmeric
  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 1 teaspoon cardamom
  • 1 teaspoon ginger
  • 3 deciliters oats
  • 1 cup of Chocolate Jimmy Joy
  • Sprinkle of sea salt

Instructions:

  • Mix smashed bananas with eggs and add remaining ingredients.
  • Form small biscuit-sized portions on a plate and sprinkle with sea salt.
  • Bake in a preheated oven at 175°C for 8 minutes.
  • Store in the fridge for up to 1 week and enjoy as a healthy snack or breakfast sandwich.

Rodrigo's Lemon and Pistachio Plenny Cake

Ingredients:

  • 90g all-purpose flour
  • 100g Plenny Shake Lemon Pie flavor
  • 12g baking powder
  • 6g salt
  • 150g pistachios
  • 120g unsalted butter
  • 200g sugar
  • 3 eggs
  • 25g lemon juice
  • 10g lemon zest
  • 250g Greek yogurt
  • 12g vanilla extract (optional)

Instructions:

  • Preheat the oven to 180°C and prepare a cake mold.
  • Crush pistachios into a powder.
  • Whisk together dry ingredients and crushed pistachios.
  • Beat butter and sugar until fluffy, then add eggs, lemon juice, zest, and vanilla.
  • Alternate adding dry ingredients and Greek yogurt to the batter.
  • Pour batter into the cake mold and bake for 50 minutes.
  • Sprinkle with pistachios if desired and let cool before serving.
