Immunity Supporting Smoothie Recipe

Ingredients

  • 200 ml plant-based milk
  • 50 g of Plenny Shake Mango
  • 150 g of pineapple  
  • Juice of 1 orange
  • Juice of 1 lemon
  • 1 tbsp of dried or fresh ginger (grated)
  • 1 ripe banana
  • 1/2 tbsp dried, ground tumeric
  • ground black pepper (piperine enhances tumeric absorption in the body)

Preparation

  1. Put all ingredients into a blender and mix until smooth.
  2. Pour into a glass or shaker bottle and enjoy!
