Refined Sugar Free Brownies #2



- 100g Whole grain flour *

- 50g Plennyshake Chocolate

- 150g soft dates, pitted

- 250 ml almond milk **

- 2 heaping tbs. cocoa powder

- 1 tsp baking powder

- 2 tbs. cocoa nibs + some for sprinkling on top (optional)

pinch of salt


- 1 tsp cinnamon or specaloo spice

- chopped nuts, berries, peanut butter, coconut chips

* plain flour works too

** or other plant milk

how to:

Blend dates and plant milk in a blender or food processor. Add remaining ingredients and blend until smooth. Stir in optional ingredients like chopped chocolate, peanut butter, nuts, berries etc. if desired. Add to a greased ovenproof dish (or place baking parchment into the dish). Bake at 180 degrees Celsius for 20-25 minutes, depending on how moist you want the brownies to be! Let cool before removing from the tray. Serve with Plennyshake Nicecream or eat plain!
