Banana Ice-cream



- 2 big overripe bananas, frozen

- 1 scoop Plennyshake ”Banana”

- 50ml Plant milk of choice (Almond, Oat etc.)

- Fruits,, puffed amaranth, coconut chips etc. for topping

optional add ins:

chopped nuts, berries, peanut butter, coconut chips, chopped chocolate, cocoa powder

How to:

Chop bananas and let freeze for at least 3 hours.

When frozen add to high speed blender or food processor. Add plennyshake & plant milk and blend until creamy. Add in optional ingredients like peanut butter or cocoa powder if desired.

Add the nicecream to a bowl and finish off with toppings like fresh fruit, coconut flakes, cacao nibs etc. Serve immediately and enjoy!
