Banana Bread



- 3 big overripe bananas for the batter

- 1 big overripe banana for the top

- 100g Wholegrain flour *

- 50g All-purpose flour

- 50g Plennyshake Banana

- 2 tsp Baking powder

- 100ml almond milk **

- 10 soft dates, pitted

- pinch of salt

- 1 tsp cinnamon (can be left out)

- optional: (but recommended!)

chopped nuts, chocolate, berries, peanut butter, coconut chips or cocoa powder

* plain flour works too

** or other plant milk

how to:

Add pitted dates, plant milk and bananas to a food processor (or blend in a blender OR mash well with a fork). Add remaining ingredients and blend until smooth. Stir in optional ingredients if desired. Add batter to a baking dish and bake at 180 degrees Celsius for about 25-30 minutes or until a tooth pick comes out clean. Let cool completely before removing from baking dish. When cooled, cut into pieces and serve plain or with nut butter or jam on top. Enjoy!
